Great service to a high quality. Would definitely recommend. However, young man was rude to several members of staff and security. We do not tolerate abrasive behaviour towards any of our team, guests and port staff included. 10/10 otherwise.

First time my Piano had been tuned in about 17 years.
Malcolm was brilliant,from offering advice to the best way to go about things to contacting me regarding when he would arrive.
My Piano now is at the correct pitch and sounds brilliant now.
